We aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely so you can enjoy your footwear and essentials without delay.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email or SMS/WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Other Cities 5–8 Business Days
Remote Areas 7–10 Business Days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand seasons.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • A standard ₹70 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include a small handling fee


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also track your order directly through our Track My Order page on walkkaro.store.


5. Delays or Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
WalkKaro is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
We plan to expand to international deliveries soon!
