💸 Refund Policy — WalkKaro

At WalkKaro, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice are included.

  • The item is not part of a final sale, clearance, or promotional offer.

  • Items like innerwear, socks, and personal accessories are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.


2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit (your choice).


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI wallet again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — sometimes it may take extra processing time.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please contact us at walkkarocare@gmail.com.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.

  • A return is initiated after the eligible return window (if accepted at our discretion).


5. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personal accessories (socks, innerwear, etc.)
